Delivery Policy
Standard 2-4 working day delivery is FREE for all orders, no minimum spend required
(for delivery addresses in England and Wales)
Delivery on all orders to addresses outside England and Wales, are calculated dynamically based on your basket content. Simply add the products you require to your basket then click the link to "check your postcode". The correct delivery charge will be calculated automatically. As you add or remove products from your basket, the delivery charge will update.

Working days are Monday to Friday. We do not ship or deliver on bank holidays.
Next-day deliveries will be delivered between 07:00 and 20:00.
Saturday deliveries will be delivered between 07:00 and 20:00.
Please note: Deliveries can occasionally be made outside these times due to unforeseen circumstances.
What is the cut-off time for next-day and Saturday deliveries?
Next-day deliveries:
The cut-off time for next working day deliveries is 02:00 pm Monday to Friday. We may also process orders placed by 10 am on Sundays, subject to availability.
Next-day 10:30 am & By 12:00 deliveries:
The cut-off time for next working day AM deliveries is 01:30 pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1:30 pm on Thursday with paid postage are delivered on the next working day, usually Monday, unless there is a Bank Holiday, in which case it will be Tuesday. Use Saturday Delivery instead if needed over the weekend.
Saturday deliveries:
The cut-off time for DPD Saturday deliveries is 11:59 am on Friday. The customer must pay before the cut-off time to use this service.
How will idealsuk.co.uk deliver my order?
We use a national carrier to deliver goods. We use Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping, DPD and a pallet carrier; these are selected depending on the volume of your order. We will combine items and pack them in as less boxes as possible for easy shipping and reduce CO2 emissions.
Please note: we are ONLY able to make deliveries to the ground floor entrance point of your business or home, or a loading bay.
Bank holiday delivery information
No deliveries will be made on bank holidays.
Can you deliver to my area?
idealsuk.co.uk can only accept orders for delivery to UK Mainland addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses or BFPO addresses.
Do you deliver overseas?
Unfortunately not. Currently, we only offer delivery to the UK.
How soon will idealsuk.co.uk dispatch my order?
The items offered for sale on this site are stock lines. Under normal circumstances, they will always be in stock and available for dispatch.
We will dispatch completed orders as soon as the payment has been received. Subject to 2:00 pm cut-off time.
Can I collect my order?
You are welcome to collect your order directly from our warehouses. Please make sure you select local/customer collection when completing your order. Please allow at least 2 business hours from making payment for us to get your goods ready for collection. Collections are also subject to the 2:00 pm cut-off time.
